WELL COMPLETION DESIGN

Main Objective: Based on geological conditions, reservoir characteristics and development methods, select appropriate completion methods to establish a stable channel for oil and gas to flow from the formation to the wellbore, and effectively isolate the formation to avoid inter-layer interference.

Key content: Determine completion method, such as open-hole completion, perforation completion, gravel pack completion, etc. Design casing procedures and cementing technology to ensure casing strength and cementing quality; select wellhead equipment and Christmas trees to meet production control and safety requirements; consider special measures such as sand control and corrosion prevention to extend well life.

Key technical points: Use of high-quality cement and additives to improve interface bond strength; apply intelligent completion technology to achieve layered mining and dynamic production monitoring.
