Main Objective:To provide the scientific basis and strategic orientations for exploration and development activities, by clarifying the underground geological structure and distribution of hydrocarbon reservoirs through in-depth geological research.

Key content: Carry out regional geological surveys, collect and analyze data on strata, structures, sediments, etc. Perform oil and gas resource assessments, estimate reserves and resource potential; determine exploration targets and well locations, and select the most favorable drilling locations; predict geological hazards that may be encountered during drilling, such as complex strata, high-pressure layers, etc.

Key technical points: High-precision geological modeling (with 3D modeling, seismic inversion). Massive data analysis to refine understanding of underground structures.
